Terms and conditions

With regular clients, we work based on an agreement or a contract – the client sends translation or interpreting orders as needed, and we prepare a summary invoice at the end of the month.

In case of one time clients, our services are paid in cash or based on our invoice, as agreed with the client.

For larger orders from new clients, we reserve the right to request partial or full advance payment before providing the service.
